Refund Policy

Eligibility for Return: Customers are eligible to return any engraved wooden PicturePlaque™ purchased online from us within 14 days of the delivery date.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for the return. This could be your receipt, invoice, or order confirmation email.

Product Condition: The returned plaque must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging.

Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, it will be inspected. If it's been used or damaged, or if it's not in a condition acceptable for return, the refund will not be processed.

Refund Process: After we receive your return and it passes inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. This process can take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Shipping Costs: If the item is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the item is returned for other reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items: Personalized or custom engraved plaques cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
